Finqoro may provide guest post outreach, content writing, casino backlink outreach, crypto backlink outreach and related SEO support. The exact scope, quantity, pricing, target pages, timelines and deliverables are confirmed before work begins.
2. Client Responsibilities
You must provide accurate business information, lawful target pages, required approvals and timely feedback. You are responsible for ensuring that your website, products and marketing claims comply with the laws and regulations of every market you target.
3. Publisher Independence
Publishers are independent third parties. They may edit, reject, delay, remove or update content according to their own policies. Finqoro cannot guarantee that a publisher will accept a proposed topic, link, anchor text or publication date.
4. Search Results and Performance
SEO outcomes depend on many factors outside our control. Finqoro does not guarantee rankings, traffic, revenue, indexing, domain metrics or a particular search-engine result.
5. Payments and Project Start
Payment terms are confirmed in the proposal or invoice. Work may begin after the agreed payment or deposit is received. Third-party publishing charges may be non-refundable once committed to a publisher.
6. Revisions and Replacements
Content revisions and any placement-replacement policy are limited to the scope agreed before the project. Requests caused by a change in strategy, URL, brief or approval after work begins may require an additional fee.
7. Prohibited Projects
Finqoro may refuse projects involving unlawful activity, fraud, deceptive investment claims, guaranteed gambling wins, underage targeting, malware, intellectual-property abuse or attempts to bypass publisher and search-engine rules.
8. Intellectual Property
After full payment, final original content created specifically for the client may be used by the client, subject to any publisher rights and third-party materials. Finqoro retains rights to its internal methods, templates and operating processes.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Finqoro is not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, search-engine changes, publisher actions or outcomes caused by inaccurate information supplied by the client.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms when our services or legal requirements change. The revised date will appear at the top of this page.
